A quick and easy Margherita pizza made with tortillas for a fast dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
- Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
- Season with salt and pepper, then slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispier base, you can lightly toast the tortilla before adding toppings.
