- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the lemon cake mix and lemon pie filling until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
For a tangy twist, add a dusting of powdered sugar on top before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
