Description

Easy and irresistible truffles made with almonds, coconut, and dark chocolate, perfect for a quick treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the almonds until finely ground.
  2. Add the shredded coconut, dark chocolate, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the food processor.
  3. Process until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough-like consistency.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a nut-free version, substitute almonds with seeds.
