Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in both cans of soup and milk; mix well.
- Add uncooked macaroni to the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared ahead and refrigerated; add 10 minutes to baking time if chilled.
