- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the browned beef with diced potatoes, sliced carrots, chopped onions, and green beans.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
