- 2 cups apple butter
- 3 large eggs

- For the whipped cream: 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together apple butter, eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- While the pie cools, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and cinnamon until stiff peaks form.
- Serve the pie topped with the cinnamon whipped cream.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a deeper flavor, use homemade apple butter if available.
