  • 1 cup cheesecake filling (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples: In a bowl, toss the sliced apples with cinnamon.
  2. Assemble the quesadillas: Spread cheesecake filling on one side of each tortilla, add apples and graham cracker crumbs, then fold in half.
  3. Cook the quesadillas: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter, and cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
