- 1 cup cheesecake filling (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional: maple syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the apples: In a bowl, toss the sliced apples with cinnamon.
- Assemble the quesadillas: Spread cheesecake filling on one side of each tortilla, add apples and graham cracker crumbs, then fold in half.
- Cook the quesadillas: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter, and cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve: Cut into wedges and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
