For the Crust:

  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced apple, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled cheese.
  3. Drizzle the desired amount of vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
