Description

A cheesy baked dish with artichokes and tortellini, offering comforting flavors in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked tortellini until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
