- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked tortellini until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
