- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Toss chicken wings in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add chili flakes to the marinade.
