Description

Crispy chicken wings coated in a flavorful Asian-inspired sauce, perfect for appetizers or parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Toss chicken wings in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra spice, add chili flakes to the marinade.
