Description

A creamy soup featuring ground beef, bacon, and cheese, mimicking the flavors of a classic cheeseburger.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Add chicken broth and potatoes; bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in milk and cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked bacon back in and season with salt and pepper.
