Description

A hearty soup that combines the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger into a comforting bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped bacon, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the bacon is crispy and the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and milk. Stir until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
