Description

Delicious tartlets featuring baked brie with black cherries and a crunchy hazelnut crumble topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup black cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small tartlet shapes.
  3. Place a slice of brie in each tartlet.
  4. Top with black cherries and sprinkle with hazelnut crumble.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

For a crispier crumble, toast the hazelnuts beforehand. Serve warm for the best flavor.
