- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup black cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small tartlet shapes.
- Place a slice of brie in each tartlet.
- Top with black cherries and sprinkle with hazelnut crumble.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a crispier crumble, toast the hazelnuts beforehand. Serve warm for the best flavor.
