Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 ounces)
  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Spoon the caramelized apples over the Brie wheel.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.

Notes

For a sweeter version, add a drizzle of honey before serving. Pairs well with white wine.
