Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
  3. Mix until well combined, then form into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
