- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
- Mix until well combined, then form into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a vegan version, substitute cheese with a plant-based alternative.
