Delicious turkey sliders with a cranberry twist, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups shredded cooked turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded turkey with cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and spread the turkey mixture on the bottom halves.
  4. Top with arugula and cover with the top halves of the buns.
  5. Place the sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
