A simple and flavorful baked fish dish with a creamy lemon sauce.

- 4 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and half of the lemon zest.
- Place the fish in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is baking, prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, garlic, and remaining lemon zest. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove the fish from the oven and pour the lemon cream sauce over it.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
