Description

A fluffy baked pancake that’s easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Place butter in a 9-inch pie plate and put in the oven until melted.
  3. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt; blend until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the hot pie plate with melted butter.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
