A delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors, these baked pears are topped with creamy feta, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with tart cranberries for a perfect appetizer or dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pear halves on the baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and black pepper.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pears are tender. Remove from the oven and top with feta cheese and cranberries. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
