Easy and delicious baked potatoes wrapped in foil and topped with a creamy parmesan ranch sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Scrub and prick potatoes with a fork.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until tender.
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, and garlic.
- Remove potatoes from oven, unwrap, and top with the sauce mixture.
Notes
For crispier skin, remove foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
