Description

Easy and delicious baked potatoes wrapped in foil and topped with a creamy parmesan ranch sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Scrub and prick potatoes with a fork.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until tender.
  6. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, and garlic.
  7. Remove potatoes from oven, unwrap, and top with the sauce mixture.

Notes

For crispier skin, remove foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
