Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Lay out the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, and dill.
  4. Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Add chopped spinach on top and roll the fillets tightly.
  6. Secure with toothpicks and brush with olive oil.
