Description

Roasted vegetables glazed with balsamic vinegar for a sweet and tangy flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss vegetables with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
