- Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- Topping:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries and banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add mashed bananas, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries and banana slices before serving.
