  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries and banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add mashed bananas, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries and banana slices before serving.
