Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
Notes
For the best texture, use overripe bananas and consider toasting the walnuts before adding them.
