Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Oil for frying
  • For the sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry chicken pieces for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.
  6. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce the sriracha. Best served fresh and hot.
