- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Oil for frying
- For the sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken pieces for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce the sriracha. Best served fresh and hot.
