  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • For the sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.
  5. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until fully coated.

Notes
