Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.

Notes
