- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Coat the shrimp in this mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the shrimp until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
- Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For a healthier version, bake the shrimp instead of frying. Adjust spice levels to taste.
