Description

A hearty pasta dish featuring tender beef, bowtie pasta, and a creamy Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and mix well with the beef and broccoli. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.

Notes

For a healthier twist, use whole wheat pasta or add more vegetables like spinach. This dish pairs well with garlic bread.
