- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1/2 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add carrots, broccoli, and green onions; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and toss with the noodles until evenly coated.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure beef is sliced against the grain for tenderness.
