Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1/2 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  4. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add carrots, broccoli, and green onions; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour in the sauce mixture and toss with the noodles until evenly coated.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Ensure beef is sliced against the grain for tenderness.
