Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic; drain fat.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, and cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
