Description
This easy crockpot Beef Stroganoff is a creamy delight with tender beef, mushrooms, and sour cream served over noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- Add beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, soup, and broth to the crockpot.
- Stir to combine and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Stir in sour cream during the last 30 minutes.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add a slurry of cornstarch and water before adding sour cream.
