Description

This easy crockpot Beef Stroganoff is a creamy delight with tender beef, mushrooms, and sour cream served over noodles.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Add beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, soup, and broth to the crockpot.
  2. Stir to combine and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Stir in sour cream during the last 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, add a slurry of cornstarch and water before adding sour cream.
