- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Tear the croissants into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries over the croissant pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and berries in the baking dish.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the croissants to absorb the liquid.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
