Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add the applesauce, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
