For the Crust:
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Spoon apple mixture into the center, then fold dough around filling, sealing tightly.
- Place each bomb seam-side down in the muffin tin. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
