For the Crust:

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Spoon apple mixture into the center, then fold dough around filling, sealing tightly.
  4. Place each bomb seam-side down in the muffin tin. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
