- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475Β°F.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
- Add shredded chicken, sliced onions, and cheese on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
- Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
For a spicier version, use spicy BBQ sauce. Ensure chicken is fully cooked before adding.
