  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet with the beef; cook until vegetables are softened.
