- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet with the beef; cook until vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and mix in the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
Notes
