- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
- Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and sweetness. You can add nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
