Description

A refreshing cheesecake featuring a mix of fresh fruits and creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (such as strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and pineapple), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Fold in whipped topping and mixed fresh fruits.
  6. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, use ripe and fresh fruits. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
