- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (such as strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and pineapple), chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold in whipped topping and mixed fresh fruits.
- Spread the mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, use ripe and fresh fruits. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
