A delicious twist on classic jalapeno poppers, wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers for the perfect appetizer or snack.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly and seal the edge with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
