A spicy Jamaican-inspired salmon dish that’s full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
- In a small bowl, mix jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce the cayenne pepper. Pairs well with rice and vegetables.
