For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Marinate chicken breasts with chili crisp, soy sauce, and honey for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until crispy and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
  3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Stir in miso paste, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and divide into bowls.
  5. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Top with sliced chili crisp chicken, soft-boiled eggs, and green onions.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
