For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp chili crisp
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Marinate chicken breasts with chili crisp, soy sauce, and honey for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until crispy and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Stir in miso paste, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and divide into bowls.
- Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Top with sliced chili crisp chicken, soft-boiled eggs, and green onions.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
