Description

These Big Mac Wraps are a fun, handheld twist on the classic McDonald’s burger, packed with juicy beef, melty cheese, crisp veggies, and that tangy special sauce, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for easy eating.

  • For the Special Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • For the Wraps:
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas. Divide the cooked beef among the tortillas. Top each with 2 slices of cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, and tomato slices. Drizzle with the special sauce.
  4. Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly like a burrito. Cut in half if desired and enjoy.

Notes

For a more authentic taste, use processed cheese slices. These wraps are best served immediately to keep the tortilla soft.
