A decadent and easy no-bake dessert that layers creamy cheesecake filling, rich chocolate, and sweet cherries.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and no streaks remain.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the chocolate cookie crust and spread it into an even layer.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set. Top with the cherry pie filling and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
