Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the salmon.
- Sprinkle blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper evenly on the fillets.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
