Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon blackening seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil on both sides of the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper evenly on the fillets.
  5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
