- Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp yeast
- Filling:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, milk, and yeast to form dough. Knead for 5 minutes and let rise for 1 hour.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in blueberries.
- Roll out the dough and spread the filling evenly.
- Roll up the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and bake at 350Β°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
