Description

These heavenly rolls feature a creamy cheesecake filling with fresh blueberries, wrapped in a flaky dough for the ultimate dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • Filling:
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, milk, and yeast to form dough. Knead for 5 minutes and let rise for 1 hour.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in blueberries.
  3. Roll out the dough and spread the filling evenly.
  4. Roll up the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
  5. Place rolls on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and bake at 350Β°F for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cool and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use fresh blueberries; store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
