Description

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie made with fresh blueberries, oats, and other wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, oats, banana, almond milk, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
