- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
- Add blueberries, oats, banana, almond milk, and honey to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
