A creamy and spicy dip made with Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese, perfect for parties or gatherings.

- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the ranch dressing mix and stir until well incorporated.
- Fold in the can of Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a spicier version, use hot Rotel tomatoes.
