Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir all ingredients until well combined and smooth.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
