Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, and cheese, perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir all ingredients until well combined and smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For a spicier version, use hot Rotel tomatoes.
