Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, bourbon, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
