A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring Boursin cheese and fresh broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and steamed broccoli to the skillet. Crumble the Boursin cheese over the top and stir until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, ensure all ingredients are plant-based. This dish pairs well with a side salad.
