- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked pasta and steamed broccoli to the skillet. Crumble the Boursin cheese over the top and stir until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately while hot.
